All purchases made through Giselle Denis Fine Art are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on any artwork or products.

Custom Orders

For custom commissions, all sales are final. Once the order is confirmed, the artwork is tailored specifically to your request, and therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom pieces.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at art@giselledenis.com or call us at (780) 953-5478 with photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or credit toward a future purchase, depending on the situation.
